Biodynamic principles were founded on a series of lectures given by Dr Rudolf Steiner in 1924. Biodynamics involves the use of a wide range of techniques including the all-important Biodynamic preparations, a series of biological materials that powerfully develop soil microbial activity, root growth, humus formation and light metabolism.
